1 cup Frozen Strawberries 1 cup Almond Milk
1⁄2 cup Almonds/Cashews 1⁄2 of Apple or Avocado
1⁄2 tbsp. Maca Powder
1 tbsp. molasses/honey
Coarsely chopped almonds for topping (op onal)
1⁄2 - 1 cup ice if thicker smoothie is desired.
Make sure to slice your choice of fruits into smaller pieces for easy blending.
Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Garnish with slices of fresh fruits of your choice.
